Created in association with Fashion Insider Magazine and Airbus, this editorial was developed around the visual language of travel, scale, and high-fashion impact. The collaboration brought together fashion image-making and aviation engineering in a way that immediately expanded the scope of the shoot, using the helicopter not simply as a backdrop, but as a central compositional device that introduced presence, aspiration, and a heightened sense of value. My direction for the editorial was to ensure the imagery felt expansive and polished, with every frame carrying the authority and finish of large-scale campaign work rather than conventional magazine content.

A defining image within the story features the model in a full leopard-print ensemble — top, jacket, and skirt — sharpened by silver zips, black tights, and heels finished with a metallic toe. Photographed in landscape with a wide-angle lens, the frame pushes the image into something more cinematic and larger than life, giving both the styling and the aircraft a commanding physicality. That choice of lens and composition was essential to the mood of the editorial: it allowed the fashion to feel bold and dominant within the space, while the helicopter introduced a sense of movement, destination, and high-end spectacle that reinforced the broader travel theme.

Across the wider editorial, the collaboration with Airbus elevated the visual world of the shoot, giving the fashion story an unusual level of scale and distinction. Rather than relying on styling alone to create luxury, the images build that feeling through composition, environment, and the relationship between subject and machine. The final body of work reflects my approach to editorial photography at its most ambitious — creating images that feel campaign-ready in both finish and impact, while using fashion, setting, and concept together to produce a story that is striking, elevated, and memorable.
